The Three Main Registers

- Formal (Bureaucratic/Professional): Used in business, official letters, and speaking with superiors. Uses the Lei pronoun, passive structures, and polite distancing (e.g., Si prega di notare).
- Literary (Elevated): Found in books, high-level journalism, and speeches. Utilizes archaic structures, inverted word order, and sophisticated vocabulary (e.g., Ove mai).

Common Mistakes
